JUBILEE – is a 100% foreign-owned and international language tutorial services which was established  last 2007 in Ho Chi Minh city and also an affiliate member of Global Star (English Language Academy) in Vietnam. JUBILEE is focusing on providing the best quality of education, excellent service and offers an international ambiance to students who seek for advancement in communication skills, developing knowledge, seeking an up-to-date training and cultivating one’s character.
